Step 50: Boast To Your Friends And Families About Your Success
There’s nothing wrong with a little boasting every now and then, particularly if you’ve got something really worth boasting about.
I’d like you to complete the attached PDF and make a list of five names. These are the people you’re going to boast to about all the weight you’ve lost. They could be a spouse, your kids, a work colleague, or the strange-looking guy you sit next to on the train every morning.
You don’t need to rub their noses in it, you just need to make sure they know what a good job you’re doing. Praise from your family (or the guy on the train) can be a real boost to your self confidence and give you the impetus you need to continue with your weight loss. Give it a try.
