For this next exercise I’d like you to use the internet and find 10 benefits to having a cold drink before a meal. Try and use reputable sources, such as the NHS. You can record your findings on the PDF attached.
Once you’ve done this, try having a large cold drink before your next meal and see if it makes a difference.
