If you don’t already own a pair, visit Amazon and get yourself a decent set of digital bathroom scales. These retail at £15 upwards. Make sure the scales are accurate to at least 1 pound increments, as this is the likely amount of weight you’ll be aiming to lose each week.
As discussed in the previous step, your phone is a useful weight loss device, as it allows you to scan food packaging barcodes and keep track of your daily calorie limit.
