Step 26: Finding Exciting New Hot Foods to Try
You don’t have to keep eating the same hot foods day after day, week after week. There’s nothing wrong with experimenting with new foods. Doing so will stave off boredom at the dinner table and reduce the likelihood of you losing interest in losing weight. Just make sure that you’re aware of the calorie content of any new foods you try.
For this next exercise I’d like you to complete the attached PDF and make a list of 10 hot foods you’ve never tried before but really want to. You may have always wanted to sample a seafood curry, or perhaps you have a desire to make your own pizza in the comfort of your own home. Whatever the meal is, try and make it an interesting one.
