Step 49: Indulge Yourself And Enjoy Your Favourite Foods
Just because you’re trying to lose weight doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to your favourite foods. In fact, quite the opposite. I want you to indulge when you can. If a late-night kebab is your thing – go for it. If you pass the frozen desserts section of the supermarket and feel like some brownie ice cream – have at it. If you never treat yourself you could lose interest in your weight loss plan and pine for the foods you always used to eat.
Remember, you should be counting your calories, so while there’s nothing wrong with having your favourite 800-calorie cheeseburger, make sure you don’t go over your daily calorie limit. If you indulge in your favourite junk food you might have to skip a meal or make other adjustments to stay on track with your calorie intake.
