Step 25: Experimenting with Different Eating Styles to Help With Weight Loss
Your eating style doesn’t have to be set in stone. Try mixing things up a bit. On Monday try having three meals throughout the day. On Tuesday skip breakfast and make do with lunch and dinner. When Wednesday comes around skip both breakfast and lunch and have a massive dinner instead. Whatever style you end up trying, remember to stick to your daily calorie limit.

Now I’d like you to Google “How many meals a day?” You’ll find some people recommend the traditional 3 meals a day, while others swear by 6 meals. Experiment with different eating styles and find what’s best for you.
