Step 40: Try Having A Dinner of 300 Calories or Less
If you’re struggling to stay under your daily calorie limit and you’re not losing the weight you’d planned for, this next exercise might benefit you.
I’d like you to think of a few dinners you could try eating that contain 300 calories or less. An example could be a ham sandwich or a 900 calorie ready-meal split evenly over three dinners.
Try completing the attached PDF and come up with a few dinners that are 300 calories or less. It’s not as difficult as you might think. However, if you’re struggling to come up with any ideas, Google “300 calorie dinners.” This should be enough to get you started.
