Step 17: Indulging Yourself One Last Time
Before you start your new weight loss journey I want you to indulge yourself one last time – a bit like a husband-to-be celebrating his stag-do the day before the big wedding. Use the PDF attachment and list your top ten favourite foods. Don’t worry if they’re super-calorific…that’s fine. The point of this step is to eat whatever you want in any quantities you want, so make your list and head out to the supermarket.
If you’re the sort of person that likes to create your own food, try Googling “desserts with the most calories” and pick one (or three) to make at home.
Alternatively, head to your local McDonald’s and load up on cheeseburgers. Whatever you desire, you shall have.
