Step 48: Take A Few Bites And Throw The Rest Away
We all have cravings for certain foods at times, whether it’s chocolate or fried foods. If you have an irresistible urge to eat something calorific, I’d like you to give in. Take a few bites of whatever it is, and then through the rest away. A few bites of your favourite chocolate bar will be enough to satisfy your cravings – you don’t need to eat the whole thing.
I’d like you to complete the next exercise and use the attached PDF to list your top 10 food cravings and guilty treats. Have at least a few of them in the house for when you need them. It’s much better to indulge a craving by having a few bits of something unhealthy, rather than resisting for too long and then bingeing on junk food.
