Step 42: A Tasty Snack That’s 150 Calories or Less
You might get peckish during the day but worry that a snack might put you over your daily calorie limit. However, snacks don’t have to be calorific. On the contrary, a healthy snack can come in at under 150 calories and leave you feeling full until your next meal.
For this next exercise I’d like you to Google “snacks under 150 calories” and see what you can find. Try and list as many as you can in the attached PDF. I’ve given you a couple of examples to get you started. Some of the snacks you find might be foods already in your regular diet, while other could be new and interesting foods you’ve never had before. See this as a chance to try something different.
